- 200 g bag sliced curly kale
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- ½. teaspoon salt
Pre-heat oven to 180C Fan
Rinse the curly kale under running water and pat it dry with some kitchen towel
Place the curly kale in a large bowl and massage in the olive oil and salt for about one minute
Spread the kale out on a grease proof sheet/tray.
Roast in the centre of oven for 10 – 15 minutes until lightly browned and crispy.
Serve in bowls.
