Place all of the flatbread ingredients into a bowl and either by hand, or with a mixer, mix the ingredients together, for about 5 minutes to form a dough.
On a floured surface, using a rolling pin roll out the dough as thinly as possible
Dry cook (use no oil) each flat bread in a heated skillet / frying pan for approximately 2 minutes on both sides.
Place the cooked flatbreads on baking trays / baking sheets.
Cover each flatbread with the pizza sauce first, then with the toppings.
