Strawberry chia overnight oats is a delicious creamy tasting healthy breakfast. This sweet tasting nutritious breakfast will ensure you have a great start to the day. And a filling one too!

Ingredients

  • 80 g porridge oats
  • 250 ml skimmed milk
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 tablespoon reduced fat Crème fraiche
  • 8 chopped strawberries

Instructions

  • In a bowl place the oats, milk, chia seeds, vanilla, honey and crème fraiche. Mix everything together until well combined.
  • Place the bowl, covered, into the fridge overnight.
  • In the morning mix in 4 of the chopped strawberries.
  • Remove from bowl to serving bowls.
  • Top with the remaining strawberries before eating.
