Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas chopped
  • 400 g pineapple chunks
  • 300 ml skimmed milk*
  • 40 g ground almonds

Instructions

  • Place the banana, pineapple, chosen milk, ground almonds and optional ingredients into a food processor or blender.
  • Blitz the ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

*You could use almond milk to make this recipe vegan.
** Optional Ingredients – a drop of honey / maple syrup and / or a pinch of cinnamon.
