- 2 ripe bananas chopped
- 400 g pineapple chunks
- 300 ml skimmed milk*
- 40 g ground almonds
Place the banana, pineapple, chosen milk, ground almonds and optional ingredients into a food processor or blender.
Blitz the ingredients until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
*You could use almond milk to make this recipe vegan.
** Optional Ingredients – a drop of honey / maple syrup and / or a pinch of cinnamon.
