Place all ingredients, except the tortillas into the slow cooker. Stir well and cover.
Cook on low for 6 hours until most of the liquid has been absorbed by the rice.
Lay out a tortilla. Place mixture in the centre. Pull the bottom half over to meet the top half. Fold the left side in, then the right side then tightly roll your tortilla until you have perfect beautiful burrito.
