Ingredients

Bircher Muesli: -

  • 60 g cooked quinoa
  • 150 ml Greek yogurt 0% fat
  • 30 ml skimmed milk
  • 1 small apple grated
  • 1 small banana sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Toppings: -

  • Sliced banana
  • Chopped fresh strawberries

Instructions

Bircher Muesli: -

  • Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine everything together. Ensure everything is well coated in the liquid.
  • Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
  • Take bowl out of the fridge in the morning. Remove contents to 2 serving bowls  and top with suggested toppings or choose your own!
