Carrot and Raisin Coleslaw

This carrot and raisin coleslaw is such an easy recipe to put together. It takes just 10 minutes to make this delicious creamy coleslaw and it's healthier than shop bought too!

Ingredients

  • 225 g head white cabbage shredded
  • 85 g carrots shredded
  • 80 g raisins
  • 80 g light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • Dash Tabasco Sauce*
  • Freshly ground salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Place the shredded cabbage, carrots and raisins into a large bowl.
  • Create the dressing by mixing the mayonnaise and cider vinegar in a small bowl. Add a dash of tabasco (if required) then season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the dressing to the large bowl mix together well to combine.
  • Serve immediately or place in the fridge and until required.
