Slow Cooker Shredded BBQ Chicken Wraps

These slow cooker BBQ chicken wraps are not only delicious but they're really easy to make too. Just put everything in the slow cooker and soon your whole family will be enjoying this fantastic recipe!

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts about 1 Kg
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 4 tablespoon muscovado sugar
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 300 ml tomato ketchup

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients together into slow cooker. Coating well in the sauce.
  • Cover and cook low for 5-6 hours until the chicken is cooked and can be easily shredded.
  • Remove each chicken breast onto a chopping board and shred it using two forks.
  • Add the shredded chicken back into the slow cooker, stirring into the sauce.
  • Serve hot or cold on wraps with iceberg lettuce and coleslaw.
