📋 Quick Easy Balsamic Asparagus
Quick easy balsamic asparagus. This excellent side dish is easy to make in just 20 minutes and is the perfect accompaniment for any roast dinner!

- 300 g Asparagus Spears
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon pine nuts
- Freshly Ground Salt and Black Pepper
Pre-heat oven to 180C Fan.
Discard woody ends of asparagus. Place in a roasting tin.
Drizzle over the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Scatter the pine nuts over the top and season.
Bake in oven for about 15 minutes, turning once, until asparagus are cooked, and pine nuts are golden.
Serve as a side.
