📋 Curly Kale Crisps

Curly kale crisps make an ideal quick healthy snack recipe. Here I show you how to make curly kale crisps in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 200 g bag sliced curly kale
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • ½. teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 180C Fan
  • Rinse the curly kale under running water and pat it dry with some kitchen towel
  • Place the curly kale in a large bowl and massage in the olive oil and salt for about one minute
  • Spread the kale out on a grease proof sheet/tray.
  • Roast in the centre of oven for 10 – 15 minutes until lightly browned and crispy.
  • Serve in bowls.
