  • 350 ml Ruby grapefruit juice.
  • 200 ml fat free natural yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon clear runny honey
  • 2 tablespoon porridge oats
  • 1 medium banana peeled and sliced

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately or keep chilled and covered in the fridge for one day maximum.
