Quorn Mince
Low Fat Cooking Oil Spray

400g cans of red kidney beans
,rinsed and drained.

400g cans of chopped tomatoes.

vegetable stock.

ground black pepper

mild chilli powder

ground cumin

cayenne pepper

(70% cocoa dark chocolate) broken into small pieces

Instructions
Spray the bottom of a large casserole pot with cooking spray.
Sauté the onion and garlic for about 5 minutes. Add splashes of hot water if the mixture begins to stick.
Add the Quorn mince to the onion and garlic, stir until well combined over a low heat for 2 minutes.
Add the red kidney beans, chopped tomatoes, stock, all of the spices and all of chocolate. Bring to a boil.
Allow the chilli to simmer for at least 15 minutes. Stirring a couple of times throughout. Then Serve.
