Ingredients

  • 1 green apple , peeled cored and chopped (I used golden delicious)
  • 1 ripe avocado , peeled cored and chopped
  • 8 fresh mint leaves , chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 400 ml almond milk

Instructions

  • Place all 6 ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Place in the fridge to chill until required.
