80 g porridge oats 250 ml skimmed milk 2 tablespoon chia seeds 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon honey 4 tablespoon reduced fat Crème fraiche 8 chopped strawberries
In a bowl place the oats, milk, chia seeds, vanilla, honey and crème fraiche. Mix everything together until well combined.
Place the bowl, covered, into the fridge overnight.
In the morning mix in 4 of the chopped strawberries.
Remove from bowl to serving bowls.
Top with the remaining strawberries before eating.
