Zingy Lemon Smoothie
Zingy lemon smoothie is the perfect smoothie for a warm day. Quick and easy to make and made with minimal ingredients, you'll soon be cooling down with this delicious iced lemon smoothie!
- 250 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 185 ml Light Greek style lemon yogurt
- 6 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 frozen chopped banana
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Ice cubes to serve
Place the milk, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, frozen banana and honey into a blender.
Pour over ice cubes in 2 glasses and serve.
