250 ml semi-skimmed milk 185 ml Light Greek style lemon yogurt 6 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice 1 frozen chopped banana 2 tablespoons honey Ice cubes to serve
Place the milk, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, frozen banana and honey into a blender.
Pour over ice cubes in 2 glasses and serve.
