Place the pasta in a saucepan of boiling, salted water and cook as per the packet instructions, then drain. While the pasta is cooking continue with the rest of the recipe.
Heat the olive oil in a medium sized saucepan, add the onion, carrot and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add the vegetable stock, tomato puree, curry powder and salt. Bring to the boil, and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in the frozen peas 2 mins from the end then turn off the heat and stir in the drained pasta. Mix well.
