Ingredients

  • 1 400 g can chickpeas rinsed and drained.
  • 1 onion diced.
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed.
  • 1 leek sliced.
  • 1 medium carrot peeled and sliced.
  • 150 g chorizo sausage sliced.
  • 700 ml Chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Freshly ground salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into a slow cooker. Stir well and cook on high 3 hours or on low 5 hours.
