Ingredients

  • 30 g porridge oats
  • 150 ml skimmed milk
  • 50 ml no fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 small banana about 70g, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Pinch ground cinnamon optional garnish

Instructions

  • Place the oats, milk, Greek yogurt and banana in a small saucepan and heat gently until simmering.
  • Cook for about 4-5 minutes stirring frequently.
  • When cooked, stir in the honey, and serve in a bowl garnished with the ground cinnamon if required and any other toppings of your choice.
