30 g porridge oats 150 ml skimmed milk 50 ml no fat Greek yogurt 1 small banana about 70g, mashed 1 tablespoon honey Pinch ground cinnamon optional garnish
Place the oats, milk, Greek yogurt and banana in a small saucepan and heat gently until simmering.
Cook for about 4-5 minutes stirring frequently.
When cooked, stir in the honey, and serve in a bowl garnished with the ground cinnamon if required and any other toppings of your choice.
