Place the wholemeal noodles in a bowl, pour over boiling water and leave for 4 minutes? To stand.
Heat the oil in a wok / large frying pan then add the turkey, garlic, red pepper, mushrooms, spring onions, beansprouts and water chestnuts. Stir fry for 5 – 6 minutes.
Tip the wholemeal noodles into a sieve to drain the water thoroughly give them a shake and then add them to the wok combining them well into the rest of the ingredients and stir fry for a further 5 – 6 minutes.
Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil and combine well into the stir fry.
Divide amongst plates and serve with the sesame seeds sprinkled over.
