Mum’s No-Bake Chocolate Snowballs
Mum's no-bake chocolate snowballs are delicious easy to make chocolate balls made from just 6 ingredients.

- 60 g margarine
- 3 tablespoon condensed milk lighter / reduced fat version if available
- 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoon desiccated coconut plus some extra for rolling the balls in
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
- 12 digestive biscuits* crushed into crumbs reduced fat if available
Beat the margarine and condensed milk together in a large bowl until creamy.
Stir in the cocoa powder, desiccated coconut and vanilla essence. Mix well together.
Add the crushed biscuits and work all the mixture together until stiff.
Using your hands make 12 balls and roll them in the extra desiccated coconut then leave them to set.
These no-bake chocolate snow balls will last for a week stored in an air tight container.
*digestive biscuits are known as graham crackers in the U.S.
