Mum’s No-Bake Chocolate Snowballs

Mum's no-bake chocolate snowballs are delicious easy to make chocolate balls made from just 6 ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 60 g margarine
  • 3 tablespoon condensed milk lighter / reduced fat version if available
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoon desiccated coconut plus some extra for rolling the balls in
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 12 digestive biscuits* crushed into crumbs reduced fat if available

Instructions

  • Beat the margarine and condensed milk together in a large bowl until creamy.
  • Stir in the cocoa powder, desiccated coconut and vanilla essence. Mix well together.
  • Add the crushed biscuits and work all the mixture together until stiff.
  • Using your hands make 12 balls and roll them in the extra desiccated coconut then leave them to set.

Notes

These no-bake chocolate snow balls will last for a week stored in an air tight container.
*digestive biscuits are known as graham crackers in the U.S.
