This easy slow cooker chicken curry is the ultimate effortless comfort food. All the ingredients go into the slow cooker, and you just wait for the magic to happen!
Place all the ingredients except the cornflour and coriander into your slow cooker dish, stir well, cover and place in the fridge ideally overnight or for at least 6 hours.
Once marinated cook on low for 4 – 5 hours or high for 3 hours until cooked through.
For the last hour of cooking check on the sauce. If sauce requires to be thickened stir in the cornflour mixture.
Season to taste and serve with the coriander scattered over.
