This honey glazed parsnips recipe is a delicious and easy to make side dish to compliment any roast dinner.

- 500 g parsnips peeled and cut into batons.
- 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Freshly Ground Salt and Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Parsley chopped - optional garnish.
Pre-heat oven to 190C fan.
Place the baton parsnips in a suitably sized roasting tin and drizzle over the sunflower oil and honey.
Roast for 35 - 40 minutes, turning once during cooking.
Season to taste and serve with the parsley sprinkled over.
