This honey glazed parsnips recipe is a delicious and easy to make side dish to compliment any roast dinner.

Ingredients

  • 500 g parsnips peeled and cut into batons.
  • 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Freshly Ground Salt and Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Parsley chopped - optional garnish.

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 190C fan.
  • Place the baton parsnips in a suitably sized roasting tin and drizzle over the sunflower oil and honey.
  • Roast for 35 - 40 minutes, turning once during cooking.
  • Season to taste and serve with the parsley sprinkled over.
