Breakfast banana overnight oats will help you kickstart your morning. This delicious healthy banana breakfast will energise your day and set you on the right course for the day!

Ingredients

  • 30 g porridge oats
  • 150 ml no fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon skimmed milk
  • 2 – 3 drops of vanilla essence.
  • 1 tablespoon sultanas
  • 1 sliced banana

Topping

  • sliced Banana
  • Cinnamon or All Spice

Instructions

  • Mix everything together in a bowl / casserole dish; ensure the banana slices are covered in the liquid, cover the dish and put in the fridge overnight.
  • When ready to serve, spoon the mixture into a breakfast / serving bowl and top with some extra banana slices, then sprinkle with cinnamon or all spice.
