📋 Easy Simple Lamb Burgers
Easy simple lamb burgers are lightly pan fried and made with lamb mince and breadcrumbs. Serve on toasted buns for a delicious quick family dinner!

- 500 g lamb mince
- 65 g fresh breadcrumbs
- ½ small onion finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon mild chilli powder optional
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Low calorie cooking spray
Place the lamb mince, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, oregano and chilli powder into a large mixing bowl. Season well with salt and black pepper.
Using clean hands, gently mix everything together until well combined.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties.
Spray a non-stick frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and place over medium heat.
Cook the burgers for 10 minutes on each side, flipping throughout until browned and cooked through.
Rest for a couple of minutes then serve in toasted burger buns with your favourite toppings.
