📋 Easy Simple Lamb Burgers

Easy simple lamb burgers are lightly pan fried and made with lamb mince and breadcrumbs. Serve on toasted buns for a delicious quick family dinner!

Ingredients

  • 500 g lamb mince
  • 65 g fresh breadcrumbs
  • ½ small onion finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon mild chilli powder optional
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Low calorie cooking spray

Instructions

  • Place the lamb mince, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, oregano and chilli powder into a large mixing bowl. Season well with salt and black pepper.
  • Using clean hands, gently mix everything together until well combined.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties.
  • Spray a non-stick frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and place over medium heat.
  • Cook the burgers for 10 minutes on each side, flipping throughout until browned and cooked through.
  • Rest for a couple of minutes then serve in toasted burger buns with your favourite toppings.
