Spinach and feta naan pizza is a delicious and easy to make flatbread pizza that only takes 10 minutes to prep and 10 minutes to cook. Ideal for those busy weeknights!

2 Plain Naan breads* 2 cloves garlic finely chopped. 150 g grated mozzarella cheese. 25 g fresh baby spinach chopped. ½ small onion sliced. 80 g feta cheese crumbled. Extra-virgin olive oil Freshly Grated Salt and Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 180C Fan.
Place each Naan bread on a baking tray.
Sprinkle garlic, mozzarella, spinach, onion, and feta cheese on top.
Drizzle with a little extra-virgin olive oil and season.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or just until the cheese has melted and turned golden around the edges.
