I often just buy some pre-cooked smoked salmon from the supermarket and throw a salad like this together. The creamy sauce with capers makes all the difference. Thanks Mimi!

We get lots of radishes in the shops around about this time Jeff so they were perfect for this salmon salad. Also I was lucky enough to get these ones from my parents garden so they were even more fresh and delicious!

We actually have some leftover salmon right now, so this is perfect! I smoked some salmon last week, and I figured I should just make a bunch since I was going to the effort. We put the leftovers in the freezer, but now I want to pull 'em out to make this salad. I like the addition of the green beans here - that would add a great crunch!

I'm just jealous that you smoked your own salmon! Amazing. I wish I had the equipment and ability to do that. But this is definitely a great recipe to put that leftover smoked salmon you've got in the freezer to use, David! Thank you. ๐Ÿ™‚
