I love a good batch of overnight oats! The addition of bananas and cinnamon here are right up my flavor alley, too. We typically just do cereal or Greek yogurt after our morning workouts, but if I think ahead enough I could have a batch of these overnight oats instead. Sounds delicious, my friend!

These overnight oats are just the thing after a gym workout David. We enjoy ours after our morning workouts too. In fact it makes the workout a whole lot easier knowning we've got a bowl of this to look forward to!

A great idea for getting those oats in my system during the warmer months. And, a tasty idea as well. I'm trying to stay under the 400 cal mark for breakfast. So, I'll leave the raisins out and I think that'll get me where I need to be.
Neil
Thanks Ron! Hope you enjoy this tasty breakfast. ๐

Neil, I love oats, and the overnight oats are especially convenient. I like that you added banana, it seems go nicely with oats and cinnamon, and can;t wait to give this healthy breakfast a try!
Neil
Thanks Laura. I just think that the added banana gives the recipe a natural sweetness so you don't have to add any sugar to it to sweeten it up! ๐

I'm not a huge fan of overnight oats because I love my porridge hot, but bananas, maple, and cinnamon are one of my favourite toppings for it. I also like adding a spoon of peanut butter, but some people think this is insane:) Either warm or chilled, oatmeal is always a good idea!
Neil
I think its a personal preference Ben. There's absolutely nothing wrong with adding a little bit of what you fancy to your porridge in my opinion!
