Hey Folks! Today, I’m delighted to take part and contribute another guest post for the October Unprocessed challenge at Eating Rules.
So, you'll find today's homemade whole grain pita bread recipe there.
October Unprocessed all started in 2009 when Andrew asked “what would it be like to go for one whole month without eating any processed foods”?
A few friends joined in then, taking the challenge along with Andrew, where the experience was said to be “revelatory”!
Since then Andrew’s quest to get people to eat unprocessed foods for a whole month has steadily grown where now 30,000 people take part!
So head on over there today to get your delicious copy of my simple homemade wholegrain pita bread recipe. It's such a simple easy recipe to start your own home baking and build up confidence with if you've never baked before!
I'll be back on Tuesday with a new butternut squash casserole recipe, a further recap of Day 3 of our Hadrian's Wall Path walk from September on Wednesday and then on Thursday a new lentil sweet potato and chickpea curry recipe. Another week of 3 posts!
Until then, have a fantastic weekend and I'll catch up with you next week! 😉
