this looks so pretty Neil. I think i'd put less honey tho but i do agree a bit goes well with the acidic tomatoes.
Neil
Thanks Sherry. Yes I suppose the amount of honey put in is really up to yourself, it depends how sweet you want it. It does go brilliantly with the acidic tomatoes though. Thanks for your comment and I hope you are well!

Brisbane is in lockdown atm! But hopefully out of it tomorrow night. Hereโs hoping.
Neil
Fingers crossed for you there Sherry. Here in Glasgow we are only just recently out of our 9 month lockdown. It's been awful.

This sounds like a great recipe for using those garden tomatoes, Neil! We have several tomato plants, and they are just starting to produce red tomatoes. If it's anything like last year, though, we'll have more tomatoes than we know what to do with soon - so a batch of this tomato salad sounds perfect!!
Neil
I'm jealous of you having fresh home-grown tomatoes to make this recipe with David. It'll be even more delicious!

This is the perfect recipe for all my homegrown cherry tomatoes which always seems to ripen all at the same time! I love the different flavours in the vinaigrette but how simple this recipe still is. Definitely perfect for a summer BBQ or picnic.
PS: And I am sorry to hear about the lockdown - 9 months?! That's truly awful. I am glad it's ended now and you can enjoy the sunshine. All the best!
Neil
Thanks Katerina. I hope you get a chance to make this recipe with all your homegrown cherry tomatoes! ๐
