Quorn chilli is a delicious alternative to beef chilli. This healthy vegetarian family Quorn chilli recipe is one that even meat eaters will enjoy!

Two plates of Quorn Chilli Con Carne one in front of the other served on a portion of rice.

This Quorn Chilli Con Carne has so many added benefits.

Not only is it vegetarian but it has a lower fat content than a standard beef chilli.

So if you've made a choice to cut down on red meat or to eat more healthily, then this vegetarian chilli recipe is a great place to start!

It's one of the first recipes I made using Quorn. Its so delicious and really easy to make too!

As it's so good I recently updated the recipe with step by step pictures showing you how to make the veggie chilli in just 5 easy steps!

A casserole pot of cooked Quorn chilli.

    Nowadays we're huge Quorn fans!

Quorn is great when you're short on time and you need to sort out a quick tasty healthy meal for busy weeknights.

On meat-free Mondays I'll often make this. It only takes 10 minutes to prep and 20 minutes to cook so can be on the table in just 30 minutes!

It’s really convenient as you can whip your Quorn straight out of the freezer and cook it from frozen too.

We always keep a few bags in the freezer as you never know when it's going to come in handy for so many Quorn recipes.

Check out some of those recipes in the list below!

Birds eye view of a casserole pot of vegetarian chilli con carne made with Quorn. A dish of rice to serve at the top.

Quorn is also high in protein.

But not only that, this Quorn chilli is packed with fibre from all the delicious veggies!

    Onions, tomatoes and kidney beans.

A bowlful of this meat free chilli is a meal on it’s own. And will help you towards that 5 a day target vegetable target.

A plate of Quorn chilli served on a portion of white rice.

This recipe makes 6 portions and is suitable for freezing.

    And do you know what?

It often seems to taste even better, once frozen and then defrosted.

Must be the length of time it marinates for!
