I’ve made this grapefruit oatie smoothie many times before, but on this occasion I was unable to find ruby grapefruit juice in my local supermarket, so I substituted with a particular branded Ruby Breakfast Juice, which actually turned out just as good.

Recipe type: Breakfast
Serves: 2
Ingredients
  • 350ml orange/ruby grapefruit juice.
  • 200ml fat free natural yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. clear honey
  • 2 tbsp. porridge oats
  • 1 medium banana peeled and sliced
Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately or keep chilled and covered in the fridge for one day maximum.
