How Many Calories Are In Healthy Salmon Pasta?
There are 512 calories in this healthy creamy salmon pasta recipe. Excluding any accompaniments or garlic bread.
Is Creamy Salmon Pasta Healthy?
Compared to other salmon pasta recipes which use double cream (heavy cream) and butter for the sauce, yes this is a healthy creamy salmon pasta.
What Kind Of Pasta Should I Use?
Although you should use tagliatelle, any long type pasta such as linguine, spaghetti or fettuccine will do. To make your own see my tagliatelle with home made pesto recipe.
What To Serve With Creamy Salmon Pasta?
It's quite filling so I just serve it with some slices of garlic bread. You can use this to make sure all the sauce is mopped up. You could also serve it with a fresh green salad or green vegetables like broccoli or peas.

Ben | Havocinthekitchen
Nice! Pasta with smoked salmon is one of my favourite. And I'm not a huge fan of adding cream to pasta sauces either so I often opt for some cream cheese instead. And for a spring version, I also love the addition of green peas or asparagus, for an added freshness.
Neil
Thanks Ben. Using cream cheese is a fantastic alternative, and I love the idea of adding green peas or asparagus for a spring twist โ great suggestion! Happy cooking!
