Mmmm...what a great collection of holiday treats! That Bailey's version is calling my name, and so is the coffee one. I love coffee desserts! I hope you and Lynne have a wonderful holiday season, Neil - and I hope you guys have some cheesecake in store for next week. 🙂

You're the king of cheesecakes, Neil, that's for sure! So many delicious variations that it's hard to pick the one. But my favourite would certainly be the Bailey's and Chocolate-Orange. Perfection!

Thanks Ben! I think Lynne would be very happy that one of your favourites is the Chocolate Orange one. She just chose that for me to make next week! 🙂

Are you suggesting that I bake all of these for Christmas? (No, I realize you're not, but I'm going to pretend that I didn't know that, so that I have a plausible excuse. If I had to pick one, though, I think I'd pick the Bailey's. It looks so incredibly luscious!)

How fantastic are all of these cheesecakes! I honestly don't know which I'd choose. When I started reading this post, I was like: Pfft - could there be anything more perfect than that stunning Baileys cheesecake for Christmas, I think not! And then voila - I was proven wrong, just like that! Stunning collection of interesting flavours which I am sure would please the crowd. Thanks so much for sharing, Neil, and merry Christmas!!

It's been such a long time since I've had cheesecake and even longer since I've made one and seeing all these ideas has made me really want some! The blueberry one looks particularly good.
